Hello I was a real estate agent 10 years ago and let my license lapse I understand that I have to start all over to get my license again but a friend of mine who is an agent asked that I be her transaction coordinator . I’m looking online and from the information I am reading I do not have to be certified however it is recommended so that I know what it is I’m doing . Correct?

Is the answer to the question above still accurate for 2019 or has CA changed and is certification now required for a non-licensed TC? From what I can tell, it has not changed but want to confirm if my understanding is correct. Thanks
